Built by hand
In 2025, Freeman Golf was founded with a simple idea: to create headcovers with character, while wasting less.
Every piece is made in small batches (often 1 of 1) using upcycled and deadstock fabrics sourced within the UK. The materials available shape each collection, meaning no two runs are ever quite the same.
Everything is made slowly and thoughtfully in our studio — no mass production, no endless repeats. Just carefully crafted pieces designed to be used, appreciated, and kept.
Beginnings.
Freeman Golf began simply — with a sewing machine, a handful of old fabrics, and my mum teaching me how to sew a straight line.
The name comes from my grandad, a baker who believed in patience, consistency, and trusting the process. That same approach still shapes everything we make today: thoughtful craftsmanship, distinctive character, and a commitment to doing things properly.
Today, we continue that same process by working closely with brands, golf clubs, and individuals to create headcovers with a story behind them. Whether it’s a small custom run or a one-off piece, every cover is made with the same care, attention, and respect for the materials.
